NAVI or Natus Vincere, also known as the Ukrainian team, is the top pick for the CSGO team to watch in 2021. The team was able to enter four major Grand Final competitions in 2020, winning one – the coveted IEM Katowice. NAVI is also the first team in Counter-Strike history to win three major tournaments in one calendar year – IEM Season IV, ESWC 2010, and WCG 2010. The organization (whose name derives from Latin – born to win) was founded around the CS:GO team in 2009. By adding a DOTA 2 roster, it became a multi-gaming org in October 2010. NAVI’s Counter-Strike gang is actually one of the most successful in winning more than $4 million in prize money. Their world rankings according to Hltv is 2nd.

The all-Danish roster soared to fame in 2018 when it absolutely dominated the CSGO calendar and won no fewer than 15 top-level competitions. It currently holds the record for most wins and the most-watched CSGO team. In 2020, the team managed to win three major occasions: the ESL One: the Road to Rio – Europe, the 12th season of the ESL Pro League Europe, and the tremendous Intel Extreme Masters XV – the Global Challenge. In 2019, the group introduced its FIFA team, and in 2020 the Astralis team re-branded Origen’s old roster as its star. Abbreviated from Berlin International Gaming, BIG is a German sports organization founded in 2017 by retired NRG Esports members. Corporation fields divisions in many tournaments alongside CSGO such as League of Legends, Starcraft, Trackmania, FIFA, and Quake, but the CS:GO teams remain the most successful. At its inception, BIG has played in more than 110 CSGO competitions, winning over 30 and collecting more than $1 million in prizes.

2020 was perhaps the best year for the gang, with 12 tournaments won, including the coveted DreamHack Open Leipzig. Does Major continue to hold this shape back in 2021? We believe that!

Created in 2003, the company currently has players playing in such games as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, Rainbow Six Siege, PlayerUnknown’s Battlefields, Fortnite, Apex Legends, Starcraft II, Hearthstone, Paladins, Quake Champions, and Heroes Of The Storm. In November 2015, the team received over USD $100,000,000 from Alisher Usmanov’s USM Holdings. Since 2015, Virtus.pro has been a member of the ESforce esports collection. The Dota 2 group of Virtus.pro has played in several Majors, earning the record (Group Secret) 5 of them by becoming the best Dota Pro Circuit group in the first season. The League of Legends team won the LCL Spring 2017. In may 2020, Virtus.pro will inherit their star “YEKINDAR” from pro100 as “buster” moves back from the starting lineup. Heroic is the second Danish Squad on our list, after Astralis, and is one of the emerging stars of the professional CS:GO teams. Established in 2016, the Valiant CSGO lineup was nearly disbanded in 2020 when it was almost absorbed by FunPlus Phoenix. The deal dropped, and Valiant held his squad in place. Heroic has continued to mine some of the biggest events over 4 years of being involved. Months after its formation, this teams won the 2016 International Gaming League and the 2017 European World Cyber Arena stage a year later. The greatest successes were certainly accomplished in 2020 when HEROIC qualified for 28 tournaments to win 8.

Complexity Gaming is an American professional esports association (CS:GO Teams) that competes in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Call of Duty, Dota 2, Hearthstone, Gwent: Witcher Card Game, Rocket League, Clash Royale, Fortnite, and Madden. There’s nothing wrong with this North American esports organization, but there’s a lot of talent to do. EG was founded in 1999 and is one of the oldest professional gaming organizations in the country. There are many e-sports roosters underneath the EG banner, from Dota 2 to the Rocket League or Street Fighter. The organization first joined Counter-Strike in the early 2000s, hosting a number of teams till 2011. The division was closed down in 2012, but on 26 September 2019 Evil Geniuses joined CSGO with the purchase of NRG E-sports. The new CS:GO Teams managed to win five big events in 2019, including the StarSeries & i-League CSGO Season 8 which brought them  $250,000. Last year, the North American regional finals dominated the BLAST Premier, Counter-Strike summit, and ESL Cologne events, earning over $380,000 in winnings.

G2 Esports is a Spanish esports company with teams in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Paddy, Valorant, Fortnite, and RocketLague. It is one of the strongest CS:GO teams in the world, with a worldwide lineup that has accumulated over $2.3 million in prize money since its inception in 2015. 2017 was a fantastic year for G2, the team that managed to win the ESL Pro League Season 5 – the finals were worth $225,000. 2018 didn’t bring any major win points, however, the team was back on course in 2019, earning four major tournaments. G2 qualified to reach the finals of the IEM Katowice in 2020 but eventually lost to NAVI in the Grand Final matches.
